3) I cannot answer personal medical questions or render medical opinions unless you are a patient of ours. An opinion may be considered "practicing medicine" and I may not be licensed in your state/country.

4) The information I am providing is for individual use, NOT COMMERCIAL USE. Please acknowledge the source of the information if you post any of it in your school, employment, church, synagogue, etc.

I am a practicing physician and I do see new patients. However, before deciding to fly to California to be seen in consultation, please let us know. I know many excellent physicians and treatment centers in the U.S. and in several countries that may be able to assist you close to home. Obviously for a referral, please supply your location (city/state [province or district] and country ).

7) It may take upwards of 15 days for an e-mail response from our staff. If we cannot answer your question, we will acknowledge receipt of your e-mail. If you do not receive a response after 15 days, it probably means that your e-mail wasn't received and you should re-send it.
